Multivitamins don’t increase mortality risk: New meta-analysis

This nutra ingredients article discusses a new analysis showing multivitamins do not increase the risk of mortality.

This was in response to some very controversial and distorted 2007 meta analysis by the Journal of the AMA showing a 16% increase in mortality risk for people regularly taking multivitamins.

This article  explains the previous and current findings which show a very different picture. My personal take was it was like saying people who were taking heart pills were more likely to have heart disease.
